What is Queens Jerk?

Wanted cool merch for NYC's best borough, a jerk from Queens wanted to make stuff for other jerks from Queens.   

Why are your stickers so damn expensive?

They're made to order.

Return Policy

Due to the fact that our stuff is printed on demand, refunds and exchanges based on incorrect sizing or sizing/fit not meeting expectations is not possible. All cancellations based on change of heart or various reasons must be made within 24 hours of the initial order placement as the shirts begin printing as soon as the order is made.

If your product arrives damaged or misprinted in some ways we will be happy to figure out the quickest way to get you a new one - email us at printinginqueens@gmail.com with photos, description and order number.

Shipping Times

Our products are made-to-order we do not keep any stock on hand, normal process entails 2-3 business days for printing of item, followed by the time for shipping as chosen by the customer. Paying for a shipping price of 2 days or overnight does not mean you will receive the item in the time frame as the product takes 2-3 business days to be printed and packed. Please also note that printing and shipping occur only on business days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday the process of printing, packing, then shipping will only begin on Monday. We do not offer refunds on shipping prices or rates unless something out of our control happens in which case please email us.

COLOR MATCHING DISCLAIMER

We can’t guarantee color accuracy 100% to our mockups that you see on our store because these are computer generated images. Consider the following factors:

The same color value will look a little different on when printed on 100% cotton vs. a fabric blend. Similarly, the same color will look different when printed on a light vs. dark colored garment. Please see our instagram for examples of merchandise with true colors on customers in our story highlights under "Jerks."
